With little to no supervision in college, it’s quite common to see phones and social media take over. As a result, students often become less engaged in their academics, professional interests, and personal lives.

In this workshop, we will teach students practical ways to overcome this common obstacle, so they can use their phones as a Tool, Not a Toy.
